William "Billy" Garber, is the Certified Executive Chef behind the success of Apron Catering.  He started in the family business at the age of 11 and was running his own kitchen at a country club in Montgomery County by the age of 16.  He has a hardworking, devoted staff behind him who loves and respects him. Every event Apron Catering does turns out great because Billy is very accessible, personable and cares about every detail. 

Apron Catering has done countless off premise events at private homes, businesses and other unique venues.  They are also the exclusive caterer for Middletown Country Club.  Apron Catering and Middletown CC have been successfully working together for over 10 years!
